The Real Estate Practice Group at PFS represents clients in almost every aspect of the real estate business, developers and syndicators professional, investors, lenders, REITs, landlords and tenants, property managers and brokers.

Our real estate attorneys, together with the attorneys in our Corporate, Finance and Tax Practice Groups, routinely provide comprehensive services to such clients, including structuring complex transactions to fit our clients' business and tax requirements and forming the appropriate entities to achieve our clients' desired goals.
