John Edwards is an associate in the firm’s Business Practice Group.
Prior to joining PFS, John spent nearly a decade at an international law firm in Chicago. In that role, John advised clients on M&A transactions in various industries (including aerospace, aluminum packaging, chemicals, insurance and food manufacturing) for public and private clients on both the buy- and sell-side. He also has experience in counseling clients on an assorted collection of general corporate matters.
John is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (B.A., News-Editorial Journalism) and the Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D., summa cum laude).
Outside of work, John enjoys playing tennis, attending live music and comedy events, spending time with his wife and their pets, and traveling, with Rome being his favorite destination.
