Our History
In 1991, a group of like-minded attorneys from larger firms founded Patzik, Frank & Samotny Ltd. We sought a more entrepreneurial approach to practicing law — and wanted to serve mid-market businesses and owners who need sophisticated expertise but a straightforward, common sense approach.
Over the years, we have cultivated steady, organic growth rather than consolidation. We have been headquartered in the heart of downtown Chicago since the very beginning, helping clients with a hands-on approach that makes the complex as simple as possible.
