Rachel Schwarz is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Rachel joined PFS after spending several years at an international law firm in Chicago. In that role, Rachel represented clients in many areas of real estate law, including representing parties on all sides of acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing. This experience gave her exposure to highly sophisticated and complex transactions, allowing her to gain vast and varied knowledge even as a junior associate.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Rachel attended law school at Washington & Lee University School of Law in Virginia, but felt the pull of the Midwest, so she came to Chicago immediately after law school to start her career.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and concerts, and playing with her two dogs, Rajah and Ozzy.
