Ryan Schroeder is an associate in the firm’s Business and Tax practice groups.
Prior to joining PFS, Ryan spent several years at an international law firm in Chicago. In that role, Ryan advised clients on federal, state, and local tax matters in various business transactions. He also has experience representing investment fund sponsors and investors in connection with fund formations and investments.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Iowa (B.A., English, with highest distinction; Phi Beta Kappa) and the University of Iowa College of Law (J.D., with highest distinction; Order of the Coif; Alan I. Widiss Faculty Scholar Award; Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence).
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing tennis, attending live music events, wilderness backpacking, and taking his golden retriever to the beach.
